The weekend after Reese's actual birthday we had a fun little celebration for her. A cupcake party! Riley was so excited to celebrate her sister's birthday. She asked me everyday for a month "how many days until Reese's birthday party?" Such a sweet, loving big sister. She could not wait to celebrate Reese!
We invited several friends and neighbors to our home and had a toddler bounce house and a big bounce house, lots of food, cupcakes and fun.
Aunt Kristi was wonderful and made Reese's first birthday cake, her smash cake and tons of cupcakes too!
We served some of our favorite foods to go along with the cupcakes. Pizza, Chick-fil-a nuggets, fruit, and veggie straws. Easy and yummy ;)
I don't always get this excited about food. Oh, wait. Yes I do!!

We were so fortunate that Great Grannie (Clay's grandmother from Mississippi) was in town over spring break and was able to attend!
Cake time! Reese thoroughly enjoyed this.

We had the bounce house rented for several hours after the party and made good use of that time!
